Condo was very easy to access and had all of the essentials. Made for a great stay at a great price. The proximity to the semi private beach was fantastic. Pool and hot tub were kept clean and tidy each day even with some crazy winds. Staff around the property were alway friendly and nice! A few things within the condo that could have made it 5 stars would be the overall cleanliness of the shower as well as the shower heads, kitchen cabinets, and having beach towels for guests to use instead of bringing on their own.

The location and views from the room were incredible! We were in a perfect location. We enjoyed the apartment/condo. The room seemed in the middle of an incomplete remodel. It was not ye pictures they showed on line. Those were stock pictures. Overall, it was good. We would certainly go back to this location!

One of the commodes was not functional, and after spending much time waiting at condo for repair, it was never fixed. With 5 of us there (4) girls, it wasn’t a pleasant stay!

Nice view!

What a great view! This condo sits on the beach and was so easy to walk to and from the beach. Cleanliness was not up to par compared to staying at a hotel. Since the remodel you can see that there is some wear and tear on some of the furniture, cabinets. They provided a lot of things to help make the vacation as stress free as possible.

Beach front Condo

We rent a lot of VRBO but this one is the worst place I’ve ever rented. Pictures and wording on web sight look amazing, BUT It’s very deceiving and a lie!! Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Goes in and out, so don’t expect to work from this condo! Master bedroom with windows and bath has two queen beds. Both of them are Really bad! Paint is falling off walls. Dust is horrble. The bathroom shower ceiling is falling in! No bath rug! Had to use towel. Shower is nasty, tile is coming off. Floor of shower is slick! Light bulbs out. So much lint in exhaust fan it’s gross and lint or something growing behind toilet. Tile is falling off around shower on outside of shower. The paint is coming off cabinets and door. The other bedroom with has no natural sunlight. It has a king bed and has roller closet with no hangers. Has a sofa. Has this wiring coming down wall to outlet?? Bath is in hall way, No towel racks, Sink stopper is broken. You have to crawl under sink to get water or drain. And again light bulbs out. Microwave handle if gone. This was fun trying to open!! Microwaves are cheap, you could replace easily. Kitchen is missing doors off cabinets! Needs kitchen utensils for eating and cooking. We had one kitchen towel we had to use paper towels for drying. Again, let’s cook in the dark, light bulbs out. Walls need to painted. Nothing like paint peeling off walls! I have pictures of how bad this place is! My pictures are nothing like the pictures shown on this condo! What a lie about how this is newly remodeled. The manager on web page your suppose to email…. Don’t bother, he or she won’t answer.

Choose any other condo in this complex

Our stay was less than satisfactory. We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo and we received a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. The toilet in the hall bathroom was not working when we arrived. When it wouldn't flush and we looked closer, there was tape inside and the handle was clearly broken. Since we arrived at midnight on Tuesday, I called the management company, Criss, as instructed on Wednesday morning. We were told that a plumber would look at it. Wednesday afternoon, I was told a plumber was coming. We were gone but I was told later that the stool was fixed. When we returned to the condo, we could tell that nothing had been changed. I let the Criss office know. On Thursday we were told that a plumber visited the condo and ordered a handle and that it would be there in 2-3 days. The toilet did not work the ENTIRE TIME that we were there. This was very inconvenient as we had to walk through the whole condo to get to the other bathroom. If there had been people sleeping in that bedroom it would have been much worse. Also the hot water did not work in the sink of the bathroom where the toilet worked. This was already broken when we got there. Reading reviews online, someone had already complained about that. It was also broken the entire time we were there. We reported it but no change. I cannot believe that we were not even told that there was a problem. I requested a credit and was denied. There is no point to go into the plus and minuses of this place if you can't even know if anything will be working. Our daughter rented a different condo in this complex and it was great. We really enjoyed the location.

Unit is lacking in several ways

We've stayed in several units in the property and always had a great place. The kitchen was lacking so many basics that made cooking a challenge. There was no cork screw, cutting board or any kind of spices, not even salt and pepper. It's in need of some upkeep in general. One of the faucets in the bathroom doesn't work, several of the outlets don't work. There was holes and cracks in some of the walls. When we arrived the unit had an horrible smell that took a few days to go away.

Relaxing

The best part is the location because it is a quiet point of the strip. Although it was spring break, we never saw the crowds. In fact, we only saw families on the beach, spaced apart, so it was very relaxing. The complex was quiet and very family oriented as well.

Great location and Gulf View

Great condo. Clean with nice furnishings and incredible view of the Gulf. Our favorite part at staying at the Sea Vista is the stretch of open beach to the right of the property . peaceful walk all the way to Isla Blanca park jetties. We have both vacationed and owned on SPI for over 20 years. Sea Vista is very hard to beat. Fantastic place. Great condo. Insider hint..the Holiday Inn Beach Bar is right next door to Sea Vista Condos. Walk out on the beach and in about 50 or 60 yard walk you can be ordering up a nice drink or something to eat with an amazing outdoor beach view.

The condo has a very nice ocean/beach view. The condo needs work.

The guest bath sink had no hot water for 1/2 our stay. We found sand and an ice cream cone on the floor. The shower floors are very smooth & thus slippery. One holds the catch bar with one hand while showering with the other. Some kind of floor mat is needed.

Excellent Short Trip

For 3 days/ 2 nights - could not beat the price for the amenities and fantastic view. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Close to the beach and was quiet except when workers were renovating at 8am. But upkeep does need to get done. Workers on premises were very polite and made you feel welcome. Property manger made herself available 24/7. Would definitely recommend and return again.

The beds were a dream, the towels lush, The decor beach. We came here for a complete rest from a 8 month stay at home. We were not stressed any more and came home after 2 days. Thanks, we would recommend to anyone.

Very nice property, location is excellent for beach access and very quiet. Loved the ocean view especially from the balcony. Some issues with the TV’s not working but I wasn’t there to watch TV. Would definitely return😊

Love this condo!

Excellent condo which included everything you would need. Beautiful gulf view. Everyone was extremely helpful in answering our questions. Love the private beach entrance. Very close to the free bus shuttle on the island.

Ideal location with amazing views of the gulf through the floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, so bring your own cutting board, tupperware, and salt/pepper.

Perfect location!

Great location! Terrible parking! Comfy beds and bedrooms but the “living space” was a bit cramped. Tv in the bedroom would not turn off.... it was on when we arrived and on when we left. Was gonna unplug it, but the “night light” effect was ok. Kitchen equipment was minimal but we made do, we just know what to bring next time. Overall we had a great stay and will likely return

Ocean front 3rd floor Sea Vista condo

Comfortable beds, nicely decorated, granite counters, large showers, ocean front balcony, beach chairs. The wifi wasn't reliable and therefore the wifi TV couldn't connect at times. There needs to be some plastic cups added for kids. I would rent this condo again but hopefully the wifi internet can be improved.
