Un tesoro situado justo en la playa, este hermoso condominio será su lugar favorito de vacaciones. Relájese en una de las sillas en el balcón frente al mar, se siente como si estuvieras en la playa sin tener los pies de arena. Florencia está a poca distancia de algunos de los mejores lugares locales, y el metro se detiene justo en frente del edificio. Estacionamiento gratis en el interior, WIFI gratuito, lavandería en el lugar, piscina cerrada segura, bañera de hidromasaje y entrada a la playa son algunos de los beneficios que disfrutará como huésped. Tenemos una estación de la ducha con una manguera más allá de la puerta para que pueda lavar todo lo que fuera antes de regresar al apartamento.

Decorado al estilo de las Bahamas tropicales, se sentirá como en casa mientras disfruta de las fantásticas vistas de la 5ª planta que le ofrece desde el cómodo sofá o el balcón. El salón tiene un ventilador de techo, TV de pantalla plana, DVD y equipo de música.

Una cocina totalmente equipada le permite la comodidad de comer en el lugar que elija. Sólo tiene que traer sus propios artículos de alimentos y bebidas. Tenemos una licuadora, cafetera, tostadora, platos y casi todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas durante su estancia.

Usted dormirá como un bebé en la cama de matrimonio equipadas con lujosas sábanas y ropa de cama. El dormitorio tiene una gran pared de TV de pantalla plana con un DVD, un teléfono y ventilador de techo inalámbrico. También mantenemos un ventilador extra en caso de que lo quisiera. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. La colchoneta de lavandería está en el segundo piso.

Para los niños, hay una bonita doble alcoba cama litera y sofá cama Queen con un topper de espuma de memoria, así que es realmente cómodo ..

Nuestro amplio cuarto de baño viene con un montón de buenas toallas suaves, toallas de playa y un secador de pelo.

Nice respite on the beach with lovely view of Gulf of Mexico

Good location and nicely furnished. The only issues were the toilet because the lid would not stay back when males use it properly and the need for blackout curtains for bedroom due to the extremely bright night lights from the adjacent units

What a great visit! The only “unfortunate” thing was that the jellyfish were everywhere this week so we weren’t able to get in the gulf waters as much as we would have liked, but the town, atmosphere, entertainment and food were TOP NOTCH! Planing on returning!

Absolutely perfect! This was our first time staying in South Padre Island, and it couldn’t have been better. The condo is cozy and beautifully updated with all the essentials for a beach vacation. The view is breathtaking—180 degrees of stunning beach scenery right from the living room! The best part was the easy, direct access to the beach, just steps away. It was also our dogs’ first time experiencing the beach, and they absolutely loved it! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachside escape, this place is a gem. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Ocean View

Perfect location...easy to get in and out of. The garage does not have many spaces, but I didn't have any issues parking in front of the building. We got there on the tail end of Hurricane Francine and the waves were awesome. There was tar on the beach but plenty of cleaning supplies. The best thing is to wear old shoes on the beach and leave them outside the condo. The wife and I had a great time.

Location Location Location

This is our third year in a row to stay at the Florence 1. It’s located on the north part of the island which we find is less crowded and has a nice chill vibe, but is still within walking distance to wanna wanna and close to sea turtle Inc and the nature trail. The unit is on the 5th floor which gave us a great view of the beach and stunning sunrises every morning. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and our two college guys crashed on the sleeper sofa and the bunk beds. We had no trouble managing with one bathroom as our guys tend to be on their own sleep schedule. The unit is updated and had everything we needed including an umbrella and chairs for the beach. It also had a blender which was a plus. The building has a lap pool and a hot tub which I really enjoyed and a boardwalk which takes you directly onto the beach. The boardwalk has several shower stations as well. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the views are from the units balcony. You are so close to the beach and views are unobstructed looking in all directions. I never missed a sunrise. It’s an older building, but well maintained. They cleaned the pool and hot tub daily. The unit appears to have been recently updated as well. The only issue we had was the microwave going out, but it was replaced during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Spot!

Great Get Away!

The condo we rented was very convenient being right on the beach. The only complaint we have is the property manager does not communicate very well. The first day, right when we got there the toliet wouldn't fill up with water when we flushed it. We called her and she said she would send over someone. I asked her to call me before he was coming because we just unloaded the car and were going to buy groceries. She did not call and let us know anything. When we got back he was in our condo. We didn't much care for that. One night there were some storms and we were without power for about 20 hours. She couldn't help what happened with the storms but she could have kept us a little informed. But we never heard anything from her. We got our info from people we saw working on the power lines. Also the shower head definitely needs to be replaced. It only worked on the small hard setting. If we turned it to another setting it shot out everywhere. The closet doors are broken or need repaired in the bedroom. We couldn't hardly get them to open or shut, it was like the plastic on the edge of the doors needed some work. Inside the condo was a paper with a picture of a remote to work the TV but we never found that remote. The TV said it had Spectrum which I assume is a type of cable. We never got it to work at all. So If you go there make sure to have your logins for streaming if you want to watch TV.

Just as good as last year!

This is our second time at this property and it did not disappoint! The beach front location cannot be beat. The patio five stories up all but eliminated any distracting noise, except the waves! We are looking forward to booking next year. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.

Nice Condo, But...

The condo and location were wonderful. However, the interactions with the Host were not great. The in-house instructions for the wifi were wrong. Phone call to Host got the corrected info. She blamed the error on the maid. Several non-working items were reported but never fixed. (ice-maker, night stand lamp, slow filling toilet) A repair person for the toilet was promised but never showed. No follow-up to check if problems were resolved. Would have to classify the Host as "non-responsive".

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Best part was the patio facing the Gulf. Patio is small but that's ok. Wish there was room for more chairs at the table and on the patio, but we still enjoyed it. My youngest slept on the pull out couch and said it wasn't comfortable, but the rest of the beds were comfy. The place was clean. The neighborhood felt safe. I appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs, which was why I booked this place. Easy walk down the beach to get drinks. Thankful for the hoses coming in off the beach.
