The staff is incredibly rude. Regardless of covid19 there is a standard Marriott should have when treating guest. Valet was extremely rude and yelled at me while trying to check in. Getting refunded after not being allowed to check in at 1 am has been a nightmare. I will never use Marriott again and it makes me so sad that they bought SPG— which was hey have started to ruin that brand as well.

The entire staff was incredible! The bartender and manager were really great to be around, very friendly, and took the time to get to know us. We know that right now things are rough for tourism but they were so incredibly positive and we will deff be staying here again. Every day, every single person had a smile on their face and wanted to see if they could make our stay even better! Special shout-out to Mickey (hope I'm spelling it right...) because he is a one-man wonderman: running service to the pool, the bar, AND the beach all at once! We will miss you guys!

The staff makes the difference! Mark and Britney( I believe that is her name) at the desk were very responsive to our requests. They were both helpful in suggesting area activities that were available to us at good value.
