"A good clean room, nothing fancy. It appears to be a fairly new establishment or at least recently remodeled"
A good clean room, nothing fancy. It appears to be a fairly new establishment or at least recently remodeled. It's actually in a strip mall off of Hwy. 100 in South Cloverdale. There's a nice coffee shop we walked to for breakfast. In the north of town there's an excellent BBQ place, Hamburger Ranch BBQ. There aren't too many lodging choices in Cloverdale. I's stay there again.

"Very Clean"
We stayed 2 night here. We were on the 2nd floor. We loved how clean the place is and the bedding was fresh and clean. They clean the duvet covers for each guest... no gross bedspreads. The free breakfast was fine, nothing fancy. We were at the pool each day and it was clean, warm and we were the only ones there! The only issue we had is the noise, you can hear everything. The doors slamming is one thing, we heard talking, tv's loud footsteps and MORE. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. Other than that, we were happy with the place.

"Hidden gem with only a few non-perfect traits"
This was an unexpected find through Travelocity. Totally worth the cost with the Travelocity discount. Very nice complex but rather far from anything (e.g., downtown Santa Rosa, a convenience store, restaurant options). The room was excellent. The restaurant was only so-so and the service, especially from the breakfast and dinner hostesses, was remarkably poor each time I ate there. It's a large complex and I had to drive back and forth from my room to the lobby several times. If one is having lots of meetings in the lobby, one should ask for a closer room.

"Solid hotel - Quaint, reasonable"
Nice hotel to stay at a reasonable price in wine country. A little outdated decor, but huge rooms and wonderfully comfortable beds. But 1991 called and it wants its TV back! LOL. Only other big complaint was the truly crappy continental breakfast - you think a historic hotel in the "same category" as the Sonoma Mission Inn could try a little harder than a Holiday Inn in the breakfast department.
