"This is a budget-friendly option if you’re looking for a low-cost stay, but cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement. When I arrived, I had to clean the room myself. I mopped the floor multiple times, and it continued to come up dirty. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and there was a strong sewer-like odor in the room. I also believe the air conditioning filters have not been cleaned in a very long time, as a bad smell came from the unit whenever it was running. After I thoroughly cleaned the room myself, my stay was acceptable. On the positive side, I did not see any insects during my stay, which I was very thankful for. However, the common areas were also in poor condition. The hallways were very dirty, and the carpet throughout the building appeared extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. Overall, it’s an affordable place to stay, but management should invest much more effort in cleaning and maintenance."

"Property was good. Upon arrival we had an issue with the digital lock, check-in time was 3pm, but lock didn't work until 4pm. Owners were not sure what happened but after that it worked well.Nice area and worked well for my extended family."
