I cannot believe Ramada has their name on this property. It is a trash hole a dump it’s actually scary to stay here because of the uncleanliness. No bedspread I asked for a blanket which did not show up. They do not answer the phone when calling the front desk the towels are old and thin the walls have holes and paint missing the carpets are so dirty they’re almost as hard as a hardwood floor

Hot tub was never even warm. Breakfast ran out. Not enough towels and washcloths. Heating/ac unit cover was off and didn't work.

the hotel smelled musty,they had air freshener containers in the hallway. The bedding also smelled dirty and musty. The receptionist was very rude. left after only about 2 hrs at most, would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed

No likes. Bathroom was awful. Toilet not bolted down on one side. Bathtub spout was about 3 inches from the tub wall. The lock was not present. Carpet was always damp the entire time. The ice was just frozen. The air conditioner was running constantly and made lots of noise. The exhaust fan in bathroom was missing the covering with thick coat of dust. Don’t stay just pass on by. Really.

This property was convenient and close to the interstate.. The staff were friendly. It’s just an older building in need of updating and could be a lot cleaner. Breakfast options were limited, and eating area small. Bed was comfortable.

Beds were uncomfortable light in living room was broken shower curtain rod was falling off couldn’t get TV on.. desk attendant during day was rude and wouldn’t let me get my Windham rewards on my card was suppose to be near event center at Denny Premier Center and was far away!!! I will never stay there again!!

Checking in was about the only nice part of the stay. The hotel was not very clean and was in need of much repair. The rear entry door would usually jam. Drawer in hotel hutch was off the rails and jammed. Towel racking was loose. And beds were very uncomfortable. One of the beds was off of the frame when first coming into the room. And the hotel manager John was rather rude at breakfast, turning off the lights to notify us that breakfast was now over. Most likely will not stay at this hotel again.
