"The room was spotless and with many ammenities. The location was excellent for our travel plans. The breakfast was great and the cleaning staff was very helpful. The only drawbacks were the snow was not cleaned from the parking lot and we had trouble getting our car out and the staff in the lobby that were paying too much attention to their cell phones. Other than that, excellent! Red Robin restaurant is amazing."

"This is the first time I was given a room close to the elevator, even though I was staying for only one night. I walked slowly, with a cane, and do have noticeable difficulty, but often have an entire hall to navigate. I appreciated the speed, courtesy and service when i checked in. I also was pleased by the frequency of the shuttle bus P/Us, the menu choices in the restuarant, and the short distance from the airport to the P/U site for this hotel."
