I will try to give a fair review even though I would never stay at this unit again, even free of charge. In spite of the terrible luck we had at this unit, the property management did stay in contact regarding our problems. I even met the owner of the unit and showed him around and showed video footage I had taken. Both the owner and Itrip were polite. Some at Itrip seemed to be empathetic. VRBO was the most empathetic and tried to help as best they could. Unfortunately neither could or would do anything. Itrip was honest and told me there would be no refund but they would try to transfer me... But there were no available units.I told Itrip and VRBO I was vacating the unit, refund or not. I rented a unit nearby and it has been a life saver.The BC unit looks nice and has comfortable beds. There are some minor repairs needed which I showed the owner in person and he agreed. The biggest issue is the noise. Tenants above us had screaming matches. They ran up and down the floors the following day and night. It sounded like hammers at a construction site. I took several videos, recording the noise and showed both VRBO and the owner. I was assured I was the first ever to complain. Either I had the worst luck of incredibly rude guests above me -- which no one could do anything about( managed by a different company) or this is the worst built unit I've ever stayed in. If you value time or money consider passing on this one. It was a costly mistake for me in time/money.

This is our second time staying in this condo (first time was many years ago before it was updated). Great location (we call it the quiet side of the island). Close to the beach and other restaurants that you can walk too. Condo is very clean and updated. Well decorated. Only cons: since Siesta Key privatized the beach it was hard to find a spot. We heard this is going to change but the hotels take an extreme amount of area only leaving the public to squeeze in other spaces. And the hotel areas were 50% empty.Also would like to see the owners add blinds to the bedroom windows. There were parties at the tiki Nextdoor and they could see out shadows in the bedrooms when we had the lights/tvs on. The curtains weren’t enough. Parking was an issue as well because you only get one spot and we had two cars because a friend was meeting us for the weekend. Several other renters told us they would leave and get back to a full lot and were unable to park.

Perfect location & amenities!

We found this little gem last minute but everything aligned like we had been planning it for months. From the check-in process to assistance during the stay the team was very quick to take care of any/all concerns.The location is ideal in that it's literally a few hundred yards from the beach on one side and a few hundred yards from great food/entertainment options on the other. The kids loved it and we would happily stay again!

Great Spring Break getaway

This was a perfect location for my family. Our teenage girls were able to take the free trolley down to the village anytime they liked and with our own access to the beach, it made everything very convenient. Great grocery and restaurant options close to the condo as well. Loved walking to Toasted Mango for breakfast!

Wonderful location! Well appointed condo, clean, well-equipped (except coffee filters) - if bedding is important - you’ll be thrilled with the comfort! Great sleeps on Siesta! We loved our stay - next time we stay longer :-)

Chose property based on the description of "recently renovated," and location. Property was not the cleanest, kitchen needed attention, washer/dryer was outdated. Stayed on first floor... sounded like our upstair neighbors were going to come through the ceiling. Limited on where you can sit on the PUBLIC beach...I was very much annoyed with that. Definitely have to drive to the Village or catch the trolley. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again...for what we paid, it was just "ok"

Great place to stay

Stayed with friends for a girls trip and this was perfect! Short walk to the beach and easy to get to the shuttle stops. Very quiet and relaxing area. Place was clean and it was very easy to get in contact with the hosts. We had a blast!

Not a great stay

This property had issues. They did upgrades but failed to upgrade the AC. It went out after one night. Managment company thought 77 degrees was fine for our stay with the fans running. We went to dinner and returned to no parking spots. Waited an hour for someone to leave that was not renting the property but visiting the beach. They have parking passes but not dedicated ones. They say towing enforced but no one was towing. Lastly people were partying all night above us and right outside our bedroom windows. Sheriff was called to break it up but did not arrive until 2am.

Great location!

Although our stay was during the “historic” cold snap of the Christmas holiday - the unit itself was great- very clean, comfortable beds , nicely decorated and amazingly close to the beach- 3 minute walk in a path, if that. Couple small things (broken beach chair, loose shower handle, dishwasher may be passed it’s prime and a one bathroom is quite small), but the management folks were amazingly responsive and overall- we were really pleased with the property !

Cute Condo

Cute condo & nice pool area. Close to the beach but hard to find a good place to set up where you enter as all private. Close to bars/restaurants. Decorated cute. No closets but armoires worked good. Limited storage however. Nice to have a washer & dryer in unit. Limited parking.

Condo nice, pool needs a lot of attention

Condo and location was great, the pool and area needs attention. The pool needs a new filter , it was barely circulating. They were not able to get the sand off the bottom of the pool either. We were told it was safe to be in, but appearance is everything.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Gorgeous property just steps to the beach! Super easy booking, communication, easy access! Pool and hot tub were great, too! Love having washer & dryer in unit. Check in easy as pie - digital code entry makes it nice to not have a key to carry. No need for a car, as you can walk or Free trolley anywhere! Will definitely be back!

Great stay

A very nice property in a good location. I would suggest more accommodations for cooking and extended stays. ie additional pots/pans and seasonings. Otherwise the stay was wonderful.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

We had a fun girls weekend here to celebrate our friend's move out of state. It was very close to the beach but we actually hung out by the pool all weekend! The room was adorable, clean, comfy beds, and had everything we needed. I would love to come back with my family soon!

Beautiful Beach Escape!

We loved our stay at your beautiful condo!! The decor was spectacular and the owner thought of everything. We appreciated the helpful binder and all of the beach chairs! The condo was a super short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We look forward to returning soon!
