I had a fantastic stay at this resort—and I almost never leave reviews! We chose this hotel to celebrate my friend’s 30th birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond. They surprised us by delivering a cake with a sparkler to our room and even sang happy birthday—such a thoughtful gesture! A special shoutout to the amazing room service team: Antony, Federico, and Sergio—thank you for making our stay so memorable! On our second-to-last day, we enjoyed a lovely lunch at Agua Marina. The views were absolutely stunning, and our waiter, Rafael, was incredibly friendly. We had a great conversation with him about different cities in Mexico, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing we regret is not taking advantage of the spa. We were initially interested, but the prices felt a bit steep. That said, while we were relaxing by the pool, the spa team came around and offered complimentary 5-minute massages—and they were amazing!

This was a great stay at a great location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; especially Fernando, Raul, Ricardo, Eduardo, Ayexumil (I am so sorry for misspelling her name, and Jesus. This group of people made our stay so comfortable and practical. They even gave my wife a recipe from one of the breakfast menus. The property was clean and always had a bar or food area open for any need you had. They have a doctor and a clinic onsite in case something goes wrong. The rooms were always clean, with fully stocked minibars.

The property is beautiful, from the lobby, to the bar, to the room. Everything is very aesthetic! The bathrooms are so clean and smell soo good! Like a spa! The staff is THE best! I loved the Nespresso cafe & the ice cream shop right next door. The ROOMS- come equiped with all you need: steamer, beach bag, shampoo, cond, lotion, liquid hand soap! Tea, coffee, drinks & snacks! FOOD- The food is good but there aren’t a lot of restaurants, that’s the only down side. if you go for 4-5 days it’s enough to try each restaurant for dinner, not sure I would stay an entire week because of that. Other than that we loved it and will be back for sure!

Paradisus Los cabos is the place to go!

Not sure if I have time to write a novel size review, but i will let you in on a probably "not so secret" secret! This is the place to go, for any occasion, adults only of course! All Inclusive, and if you book through Expedia or hotels.com, and you have VIP status with Expedia, you are in for a treat! Paradisus Los Cabos has a great relationship with the booking site company and they go out of their way for those special Expedia guests. Evidently, i was one such guest, and little did i know that my Silver level membership with Expedia was going to afford me some special perks during my stay. Such as.... 1-- i had access to their Reserve Lounge, even though i wasn't booked as Reserve. That lounge had its own bar and was top floor of its building overlooking the Reserve pool and the ocean. 2--i had access to the Reserve's special restaurant, Sante, only for breakfast service, but that was PLENTY! There were some other discount privileges for having the Expedia status, but the Reserve access was quite special This was a solo trip and my first time as well, and i definitely will return!

We stayed in an upgraded "VIP" master suite room. It was very spacious, and our check-in process was lovely. We had a great view and enjoyed the amenities in general. The food throughout the entire resort was excellent, as was the service. Our private butler got us hooked up with whatever we needed. The only few complaints I have are that the furniture in our room needed replacing or a serious cleaning at best. It was all white and very dirty, plus not overly comfortable. Also, our shower drain did not work well and the shower needed a good bleach scrubbing. Lastly, we prefer a quiet resort--while this place was not overly loud or obnoxious, there was a lot of DJ type music at the pool most days, along with evening weddings, so it was hard to enjoy peace on our balcony away from all of that. Overall I would say the resort is a good value for the money, but is not a 5-start experience, so to speak.

This resort was disappointing to say the least. 3 star at best, if you have the means to pay for the “Reserve” just book another resort instead. The first thing they did after we checked in was give us a “concierge” who wasn’t helpful in any other way than to try to upsell us on packages and add-ons. After getting into our room, we realized we didn’t have an ocean view as we had paid. A side note- my friends who had a garden view said they saw dirty diapers (pictures to prove) from their balcony on the ground, concerning since this is an adults only resort. There was also no alarm clock/bluetooth speaker in the initial room, when we inquired they said they don’t have them. We asked for a bottle of tequila for the room to sip on, they said they don’t do that and we can only have 2 drinks at a time sent up. The next day we had an event to go to around 5pm, we come back and our room has not been cleaned/serviced. The next day I spoke to the manager about everything that had occurred he was kind but also made a lot of excuses for the staff. He was able to upgrade us to a better view and reserve package. When we got to the new room there was a Bluetooth speaker and a bottle of tequila. If they could, why didn’t they in the first place? The resort is dirty and staff is not trained for a 5 star resort in my view. The food is mostly meh and there aren’t many options. There were a few more issues, but just take my word for it, Cabo is beautiful and you can do better.

Great beach that you can swim at. The reserve lounge was a nice benefit as well as the spa. Overall, great resort.
