Although the building is under construction, no one at the hotel warned us of the extent. Very noisy. We stayed in room 239 and had construction directly above us. But my biggest complaint comes once we left the hotel and I discovered bed bug bites (I did call and report this to the hotel directly as well). In addition, the credit card I used has fraudulent charges. This was the only place I used that card in the last 3 months. Could be a coincidence, sure, but unlikely. Yes, I booked online with a different credit card and that card is fine. It was only the card I used in person that has fraudulent charges.

Upon arriving to the front desk, Place looked amazing. We went to get our luggage. It was not directed to the elevator that was clear at the other end of the building and looked like a service elevator due to whole hotel was under renovation as told by one of the workers doing the renovation.. after entering the room it was a smell and everything looked old and ready for repair would’ve appreciated a heads up prior to booking

Our reservation was for two days. On the second day, our key didn't work; this happened for several people in our group. The room door would not lock unless we forcefully tried a few times; in fact, a stranger walked into our room accidentally by simply pushing on the door. Room was not made up during our stay. When we arrived, there as one piece of "Kleenex" in the room; I had to go back down to the front desk to get more. Construction in the parking lot was loud and in the way. Hotels should warn customers at the time they make the reservation that there will be construction.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a nice selection of instant/ frozen meals and snacks for purchase which worked out great for us. The hot tub was okay, it would be better if the water is hotter.

Talk to two people about late checkout and a friend with both and still got woke up at 11:00 AM instead of the 1 PM like they said they would allow us to have. We got in after 3:30 in the morning due to storms so we were hoping to be able to sleep in, but we couldn’t be left alone to sleep. Very frustrating. Then the lady in the morning at the front desk act like I was inconveniencing her when I was checking out because she had to call me to see if we were checking out at 11 when we had confirmed it for 1 PM.
