we had no internet the 4 days we were there put us behind on our work third floor was the only place that did not have internet was asked if we wanted daily cleaning and did not recieve it had to have them come change sheets granddaugher was having surgery the next day , they changed them immediately appreciated tat very much but internet was not ok when asked for different room should not have been a problem

Sorry about this. We had a switch go out and is repaired. Also The cleaning procedures were new and we had some training issues. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Clean, well maintained, nice room. Didn't like that I prepaid for breakfast through Travelocity but hotel had no record of it. Got it settled through Travelocity and got charged anyway. Paid for breakfast twice. 😡

When we arrived they gave us a room but the key did not work. After about 15-20 minutes of trying to fix it we asked for another room and got one. They did not offer we just said we want another room. Not impressed with this! We were tired and just wanted to get in our room.

Check in/out was slow due to slow speed of computers. Room descriptions on Travelocity do not match the rooms at the hotel. The description on the Travelocity website for the room we booked was a 2 room whirlpool suit with a living area. The whirlpool suite is actually a single room with a King bed and whirlpool. We had to change rooms. Phone in restaurant is broken, so not able to call restaurant for room service.

The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful, and check-in was relatively easy considering their computer systems were down, but that's about as far as my compliments can go. I understand that casino hotels are usually higher in cost compared to other area hotels, but the fact that we upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite and paid as much as we did, I expected much more in terms of room cleanliness and upkeep. The tub itself was fine, but it took forever to fill -- I'm talking close to an hour -- so by the time it was full the water wasn't near as warm as we would have liked. (The shower also didn't get very hot. . .) All of the furniture had dings and scrapes, the paint was peeling off of the bathroom and entry doors, and the carpet was pulling up in several spots around the Jacuzzi tub. I'm pretty disappointed. Next time I think I'll save myself some money by staying elsewhere and just catching a shuttle to the casino.
