"I stayed three nights with my husband and adult son while visiting another son near CWRU. We had two bedrooms, kitchen and bath, and a small living room and eating area. The house is part of a duplex on a quiet residential street, some of which is run-down, but this house seemed well-maintained. This unit is first floor and the other unit is upstairs. There is sufficient on-street parking and a shared driveway. It is within easy walking distance of some nice restaurants, coffee, and sandwich shops. The host and property manager let us know when they were going to be working outside and were responsive if we had questions. They ask that you strip the sheets off the bed and put the trash out, as well as washing your dishes and adjusting the HVAC before checking out. "

"We were visiting from Detroit, MI with our adult children for an event at the Rocket Arena in downtown Cleveland. This was exactly what we needed for the five of us. Everyone had their own rooms and we all were so pleased with how comfortable the beds were. Two bathrooms were great! The location was nice and close to the venue and close to restaurants and downtown area. Lots of sitting areas throughout the house to visit with one another, which was really nice. "
