Escape to Smoky Mountains

We absolutely loved our stay at the Smokies Perfect Escape cabin. Everything was top notch, clean, inviting and the view is stunning!! The location is perfect - close to Pigeon Forge, but out of the way and private. When I was out for my morning run I only saw one vehicle on the road and the driver gave me a friendly wave. We all loved relaxing in the hot tub at the end of a fun filled day. Joy was very prompt with communication which I greatly appreciate. I only wish we were able to stay longer!

Lots to like upstairs but downstair was just okay

Thank you Joy for your hospitality, great communication, and promptly sending the contract and returning our security deposit. Our family of 6 including two kids under 10 and two grandparents in their 80s stayed four nights. What I enjoyed the most: gorgeous views, comfortable living area and outdoor area, comfortable beds, functional kitchen, and everything was clean. Bears visited the backyard our first day, which was exciting. We used the charcoal grill but didn't try the hot tub.What I wish I knew before booking: the stairs going down are steep, uneven with narrow planks, and the elderly folks did not feel safe going down. The bedroom downstairs is just ok, with en-suite bathroom that felt a little damp and mildewy. The third "bedroom" isn't quite a bedroom. No door, unfinished floors and brick walls. Felt a bit dark and cavernous. The kids had to sleep there and they fought us because they didn't want to. Because of that it was not as enjoyable as it could have been. YMMV!

The location was really good - close to all the major attractions yet felt like you were way from the busy hustle with great views! Plenty of open space to relax, play some games, cook meals and relax!The place was clean and felt very welcoming.I really appreciated the quick and timely response ANY time you were in communication - Joy was amazing and very helpful. Absolutely Perfect Cabin Getaway!

Our stay at this cabin in Pigeon Forge was nothing short of amazing! The million-dollar view was breathtaking, making every morning and evening on the deck unforgettable. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring, and the pool table provided hours of fun with our family.The cabin was well-stocked with plenty of dishes and cups, which made meals super convenient. We also loved the selection of games, which kept everyone entertained. The location was ideal—close to Kroger and Publix for any necessities, and just a short drive to the strip, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The paved roads made access easy, which is a huge plus in the mountains!Communication with the host was prompt and effortless, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic mountain retreat, and we can’t wait to come back!

Family getaway!

We booked this trip quick, like 4 days before we left. We were looking for something with a great view, spaces for the entire family (5 of us) and my son wanted a hot tub! Bonus if we could see snow. The house was exactly what we were hoping for! You can't be the views. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful. We even got in it while it was snowing. My eight year old and I loved the pool table. Joy was a great host. When our plans changed we were even able to book an extra night and stay to see and play in the snow. Thank you for everything! The five of us needed this little break. Helpful hint the back side of the mountain was easier to drive up and down than the main side waze wanted us to take!

Location is amazing

Easy to find and so close to everything but when at the cabin you feel like your far away!! The view is amazing and sipping coffee watching sunrise was the highlight of our trip!!! The View!!

This is a lovely property! Booking the property and checking in are easy and stress free. Communication with the property manager is top notch. Joy responds to messages quickly and with kindness. The home is clean and spacious with a breath taking view. We loved the (clean and warm)hot tub at night after long days of exploring the area. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for our stay. It is located very close to Pigeon Forge and about 23 minutes to Gatlinburg. Book this property and have as wonderful of a time as we did! .

The cabin was nice and quiet, we enjoyed the night views overlooking the valley with all the lights lit up on the attractions on the other side of the mountain. It was a nice basic cabin. Joy was wonderful to work with and got back to us very fast when we extended our stay for an extra night. It was just what we needed.

Gorgeous view, short drive to everything

Always wanted to visit this gorgeous part of the country. We made an impromptu few days stop to the beginning of our vacation and this was a great find!! Great view and short drives to anything you need. Cades Cove is a must drive through, go early. Cabin is a good set up for a family of 4 or 5. All descriptions, communication, and amenities are spot on. We will be saving this for the future.

Beautiful property. The views are amazing. Plenty of towels and kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Hot tub was great but the way it was set up didn’t allow you to see the mountains while sitting in it. Overall a wonderful experience.

Pigeon Forge Getaway

Family came in from two areas of TX - met at our home in Jonesborough TN. Then we headed to Pigeon Forge for a family getaway. We loved our stay at this cabin. The views are fabulous. Quiet and peaceful area yet so close to all the fun and activities of the area. Hosts were very communicative. Definitely recommend this place.

Bucket List Trip for the Girls

We could not have asked for a better retreat for a family girls get away with my mom and sister. The place had stunning views that we could just sit back and enjoy for hours. Absolutely loved it. We also enjoyed wrapping up the evening in the hot tub and shooting some pool with some drinks in hand. The location was fabulous as easy to get to various venues such as Dollywood, Dinner Shows, Island, Smokey Mountain Parkway along with Mountain Roller Coaster which we watched from our deck and then road on ourselves, even my mom at a young 83! Will definitely be back again with the rest of the family and friends over time. Thanks for making this as priceless time with loved ones! Beautiful Perch you have!
