The home was cozy and had everything that we needed for our week stay. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had the necessities. The screened porch and hot tub are really nice. It is on a a twisty road with quite a climb, if it were bad weather it would not be easy to get to, but the high location has a nice view of the lights on Wears Valley Road.

Cabin is fairly close to one other cabin up the hill. The rental is very nice. Really liked the layout of the back porch and also the kitchen. Didn’t really need/use the upstairs gaming loft area. Enjoyed the hot tub as well.

Beautiful cabin away from town but close enough to make a quick trip to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg! Hosts were wonderful from start to finish! Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms were well stocked and the hot tub was a great addition. We enjoyed our short stay and will definitely look to come back!

Meighan and Jake thought of everything! We are seasoned travelers and loved this rental and hope to stay there again when we are in the area . Exceptionally clean, well organized and thoughtfully appointed. The location was incredible...up in the mountains with a secluded feel, yet only 4 minutes down the mountain and you're in the midst of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. They did a great job offering a rustic, yet trendy decor. Our only disappointment was that we didn't see any bears....lol!!!! Thanks again, Meighan and Jake!!! Best,Liane and Steve

Perfect Mountain Retreat

I want to stary with Meighan amd Jake being so responsive from the beginning. Then they were incredible to work with when I had an incident occur with my dog and the kennel. Something that stressed me out they reassured me it was fine and to not let it ruin my vacation. Their home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The drive to the cabin as they said should be done in the daylight the first time, after that it is smooth sailing. We didnt need anything the cabin didnt already have. Even the cleaning crew was there as we were leaving. Great location, property, owners and overall experience. We will be back!

It was a beautiful property and had everything we needed! I loved sitting out on the back porch and enjoying the mountain. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The owners were quick and responsive when we needed anything. The only negative is there is a property right below and above. The people living below smoked a lot, which made the porch undesirable at times. Obviously, not anything we can help, but was annoying.

The house was perfect. Up high enough to feel like you’re in the mountains but right in town. The road up is a little scary the first time but got more comfortable as you drove it more. Never tried it at night though. We had a wonderful time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well maintained, esthetically pleasing cabin! I love my own home, so when traveling, I often can’t wait to get back to the beauty and comfort of my own space… not the case here! I didn’t want to leave! It was beautiful, spacious, and every detail was thought out and meticulously covered! It truly felt like a well cared for home away from home! Every step of the process from booking to checking out was easy and the hosts were so gracious to reply quickly with my many questions. Wonderful experience and I would rebook in a heartbeat!

Amazing Cabin

This place is amazing but not only is it amazing the owners were just flat out perfect to work with, Weather was coming in they communicated with me earlier in the week to make sure we were aware and prepared. They were super flexible about check in time and even check out time. The property was exactly as listed and met all our needs but working with these owners made it an ideal situation and reinforced that we will be back to this cabin.

The cutest cabin!

We loved our stay here! Wish we would’ve stayed a longer just to have more time to hangout at the cabin. We had 2 small children and absolutely loved that there was a gate at the top and bottom of the stairs. The hosts were very nice and easy to work with. I was a little worried about the road up to the cabin, but it wasn’t bad! Our next trip will definitely be booked here!

Great Views

We enjoyed our stay! The house is nestled high on the mountain but when you’re coming down you get some great views of the city. We loved the solitude of the mountain and the close proximity of the city. We had some issues upon arrival and the property managers were quick to fix them!

Amazing Property!

The only reason I'm giving a 4 star for location is the narrow road to the home. As long as you go slow you are good but it can be a little daunting the first time. Over all though the location is 5ish minutes to the main road. You feel "Away" from town without being away from town. Made us want to move!! Would definitely rent again!!
