Honesty is needed when reviewing a property. Good and Bad.

The cabin was a little far up some steep hills but a nice private area. Overall the cabin was clean and it is beautiful inside. We love all of the wood. It is true to the pictures provided. The view off the back patio was very nice. It was a nice place to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle of life. There were a few things that could use updating. The couch looks nice in the pictures however it is very worn and the fold out bed was terrible. When we pulled it out there was old food, dried up noodles and popcorn, etc. The mattress on this pull out was absolutely horrible. Thankfully we ended up not having to use this pull out bed. And you could not sleep on the couch because the cushions kept sliding off onto the floor. The couch was not good. It was very nice to have the pool table. We enjoyed playing with the kids. It was worn and outdated but still served the purpose. It's a great cabin however it really needs to have the couch replaced. Despite these few things, we had a great time and enjoyed our vacation.

This cabin is perfect for 2 couples doing a weekend getaway. Awesome set up, great deck, and good view. This was our second stay at this cabin and see more in our future!

A definite hideaway with a beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay! The huge bed and two bathtubs were a welcome surprise! We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. This place made us feel right at home!

Surprise weekend getaway

Wonderful property up in the mountains. Hot tub was relaxing, beds were comfortable. The outdoor fireplace didn’t work, but the indoor one was fabulous. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The place was clean, but needs a deep clean. My suggestion would be to buy a new couch. The one there is saying it’s a better days and needs to be brought to the curb. The outside needs to be pressure washed. It’s entirely too adorable to be covered with so many spiderwebs all over outside. But everyone was very easy to deal with. Left you plenty of things that you would need and very easy process. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Especially if they were placed that awful couch and then cleaned outside better.

Tranquil getaway

This was my partner and I's first trip out of state and we couldn't have asked for a better cabin. We enjoyed the mountain views, hot tub, pool table, and close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. The drive up and down from the cabin is also beautiful. We felt comfortable and safe during our stay and would definitely come back!

Lovely Cabin

Very comfortable and cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mointains and Supermarket!. Nice back deck with rockers, swing, dining table and hot tub for enjoying the mountain view. We enjoyed our visit tremendously!

This was a wonderful cabin. There were a couple small issues that didn't ruin our trip. The shower in the bedroom to the left was very slow to drain. And there were stains on the sheets in that room. Again not a huge deal. Enjoyed the back deck and the peace and quiet.

Perfect moutain getaway

Absolutely amazing in every way possible. The view was breath taking and the place was cozy and clean. The only problem I had is that I could not get either fire place to work and sometimes that can be the most relaxing part of the night. Other than that, everything was perfect.

January 22 stay

I really enjoyed this cabin, it’s nestled at the top of a mountain which can be treacherous if the road conditions are Icy, but it’s perfect for quiet time. The cabin is furnished well, we used the pool table quite a bit. The hot tub was great and stayed warm even when the temps dipped to the teens. The beds were comfortable, the tvs were a little small but there were plenty of channels and each room had a jacuzzi tub with jets. The living room fireplace was great, the couch was a little dated and not extremely comfortable but it served it’s purpose. The tv in the living room was a smart tv so it was perfect for time spent inside. The kitchen was well equipped and I was able to cook many meals in it. It’s located around 20 to 30 mins from pigeon forge and about 15-20 mins from gatlinburg. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Leaking Roof

Upon arrival everything was generally nice except for the couch cushions that wouldn’t stay on the couch. Until we had rain on our trip and we came back to a kitchen full of water. We were unable to use the pool table because of the ceiling leaking right next to it. There were 3 different spots in the ceiling leaking steady water on the floor. We called maintenance someone came out and took pictures and said they would be letting management know. I personally contacted the management company and they said they would let the upper management know of our experience. I wanted to resolve privately because I know how critical these reviews can be. No one has contacted me regarding our inconvenience.

Really good view pool table was level sticks we’re good but no chalk

Really nice for two couples appliances need upgrade,good TV in the living room and the driveway is pretty terrible. Most driveways out here are terrible so overall I loved it👍
