Latitude Adjustment

Excellent experience from booking through departure. Loved the marsh views, crabbing on the dock, and access to all of Seabrook’s amenities. Looking forward to rebooking for next year.

Christmas 2024

We stayed in Seabrook for Christmas 2024 with two of our adult children. House was lovely, light-filled with beautiful Marsh views. The management company was easy to work with. I wish the kitchen had been a better equipped with baking dishes and cooking utensils, but other than that we were very pleased with the property.

Great Unit!

The unit was just perfect for our recent 2 week stay. You won't find a better sunset view on the island right from your screened in porch. Everything we needed was available in the home and enjoyed the added bonus of being able to rent a golf cart. Super close to the racquet sports and entrance which made walking to Fresh Fields every morning for coffee a favorite activity. 100 % will rent again!

First review I have ever written but this place was immaculate and deserves one. We have been to Seabrook a bunch so we knew the island was great but this place was perfect in every way from the first class design and finishes to the little things like all the hooks to hang your stuff on to usb outlets everywhere, honestly everything. The view is out of a magazine and we could not have picked a better place. We will be back again if there is ever availability since once people start finding this place, it will be a hard get going forward. Trust me your mouth will drop right when you walk in, pure perfection.

Hurricane ruined our stay

The Vrbo was lovely and perfect for our family. Good location and a lot to do in the area. However a Hurricane came in on day 2 of our vacation with closures, flooding and possible evacuations so we drove home where the weather was actually good! Unfortunately despite this being an act of nature Vrbo will not share in our misfortune with any kind of reimbursement. In addition I felt that we were nickle and dimed for everything; beach towels, gym use, parking, access passes that we were not able to use, the list goes on. Just be aware that there are additional charges for everything you might want to do.

Gorgeously appointed condo with priceless views

This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 4 adults. The interior is tastefully and recently renovated and the rental lacks for nothing. The pictures do not do the marsh view justice. The entire back of the condo is a wall of windows looking out on an expanse of marsh land. One could spend the entire day watching the birds soar by and listening to the quiet marsh sounds. We would love to return!

Beautiful accommodations & view

It was absolutely fantastic to return to Seabrook Island after so many years and this place was the perfect fit for our family. The Villa is nicely decorated as pictured, clean, modern and comfortable. The view of the marsh is spectacular. Steve, the owner was very helpful and his communication was great, regarding any issues or questions we had along the way. If you come for a week, you want to stay for a lifetime. Hope to be back again soon. Thank you, Steve for a beautiful stay.

Amazing location - Amazing vacation

Of all of the VRBO properties I've stayed in over the years, this was one of my favorites. The villa is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a screened in porch to die for. We spent all of our mornings and most of our evenings out there listening to the marsh sounds and watching the sun set. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet and there were two pools within walking distance. The smaller neighborhood pool was our favorite as we had it mostly to ourselves. The Lake House pool was bigger but busier as well. I do recommend bringing a towel for use at these pools and beach. The main Seabrook pool at the Beach Club requires you to use their towels, but has a bar and a section overlooking the ocean. The Beach Club was not within walking distance and would have been a very long bike ride in very hot weather. We drove down there and only had problems parking once. The restaurants at the Beach Club were both wonderful. We ate at the Pelican's Nest twice looking over the ocean and if you are there on Sunday, don't miss the brunch at the Palmetto Room. It was an easy drive to Charleston where we had dinner twice and lunch once. This was one of the most relaxing and fun vacations we've had and I would go again in a heartbeat. Stephen was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and answered all of my questions. Five Stars (and more if I could).

Relaxing with peace and quiet

Loved this last minute stay. Property was even better than pictures. The screened in patio with the ceiling fan was great for morning coffee overlooking the marsh. Beds were comfortable and it was extremely quiet. The pools and gym facilities were tremendous. We loved the Lake pool the most. Owner communication was tremendous and information provided was the best of any property we’ve ever seen on VRBO.

40th Anniversary celebration

This property was awesome. Clean, comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful view over looking the marsh. Enjoyed sitting on back porch drinking coffee every morning and listening to the sounds of the wildlife. Had several deer visit me. Amazing week! Perfect weather.

Beautiful Villa!!

The villa was just as described and pictured! It was very clean and had everything you could need. We rented a golf cart and that was a definite necessity as the beach was a good 10 minute drive. Seabrook is a beautiful and very safe place! Would definitely visit again 👍

This property was everything someone could ask for except for location in proximity to Charleston.

I was super impressed with the cleanliness of the furniture and the property as a whole. It was everything the pictures promoted and then some. The furniture was high-quality and clean. It was so enjoyable to sit on the back deck and watch the wildlife on the marsh. One of the best VRBO’s I have ever stayed in. The only thing missing was the short drive into Charleston. Even still, well worth the stay.

Girls having fun!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and newly remodeled condo. The place was amazing. There were 4 of us gals who enjoyed having appetizers and meals at the condo while watching the sun come up and the sunsets on the marsh. The Beach Club was superior as was the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised that all our expectations were met. We hope to return soon.

The condo was everything that we wanted. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing and so very relaxing. Perfect for our spring break. We enjoyed every minute.

Beautiful

This townhouse is beautiful! So clean and fresh. Newly remodeled and well thought out. Overlooking the marsh is very peaceful. Getting around Seabrook is easy. We were there while much of the activities were closed for the season so I can't speak on that. Golfing was great though. Walking the beach and seeing the dolphins was amazing. It was a great vacation!

Masterfully Appointed

When you arrive and walk through the front door, you are met with an uninterrupted, 270-degree, sweeping view of prime Seabrook Island marshland. The porch is screened and offers just about the most perfect place for a cup of coffee, drink, or a meal we'd ever seen. Complimentary to the expansive view is the superb attention to detail throughout the interior. Each furnishing and appliance is brand new, modern, and functional. The girls loved the touchscreen-lit mirrors and the opulence of each bedroom and bathroom. The master bed and bath are a true delight with a secluded porch and 65" TV. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the linens. I'd love to know the brands of those pillows! Dealing w/ the owner, Stephen was also a delight. Responsive, helpful, friendly, he even offered us a late check out on the last day of our stay. We come to Seabrook twice a year and will absolutely be looking to this place for our next trips!

Seabrook stay

Super stay! Stephen was great to communicate with once we connected. VRBO was having some technical issues with our booking however once Stephen called directly everything went very smoothly. Condo has been recently remodeled and looks very nice. Would return in a heart beat. Only suggestions would be to provide a coffee grinder and a chair with floor lamp in master suite. The view is stunning 24/7.

Lovely island, beautiful beaches, places for walking and very clean and large pool area.

We felt this villa needed a much more thorough cleaning. Found dirty flatware and pots that were obviously not looked over after previous guests. Dirty kitchen towels left on counters, bath towel with holes and sheets that are badly in need of replacement, they appeared ‘discolored’ for white sheets. Lots of fingerprints left, including on the towel bars in the bathrooms. Views from the porch are gorgeous and wonderful for early morning bird watching.
