You are within a short walk to the beach, library, "Fish Alley",restaurants, playground, and other shopping. This home offers four bedrooms and a bonus room that can sleep 12. Master suite 1 offers top floor view, queen bed, double sink, and full tub with shower. Master suite 2 features a king bed, double sink, and large tile shower. The second master is spacious enough for a pack & play or an inflatable mattress, if desired. Both master suites face the bay. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom features a pyramid bunk bed with trundle underneath. The top bunk bed is a single, bottom bunk bed is full, and the hidden trundle is a single. This kid friendly room features an Xbox One, complete with games. The bonus room has a sofa and a sleeper sofa.32" flat screen TV s are in each bedroom and larger flat screen TV s are in the living and bonus rooms. The pyramid bunk, Queen, Master Queen,and bonus room all have Roku streaming capability to access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu or Vudu accounts. The living room TV also has streaming capability through a blu Ray player. The home is equipped with high speed internet & cable, gas grills, new deck furniture, a fully equipped modern kitchen with Kuerig and dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air and heat, ceiling fans,garage for storage, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys.There is an enclosed outside shower with a fenced in, private back yard!
