I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have shampoo or conditioner. The towels were tiny and rough and there was only two. No coffee or tea in the rooms. The front desk guy was friendly and there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. I wouldn’t stay here again

BED BUGS!! Saw bugs in under an hour of being in room. Desk man would not refund us and whined about giving us bags so we could bag out belongings and not being them home. Room smelled of urine. When we walked in the lobby to check in the exit sign above the lobby door was pouring water, like a river. The water had a sewage smell to it.

Sam or whoever owns this place let me check in at the latest 11:00am when I asked to just pay for another day in same room and was told to check out then put another reservation and come back @ 3:00pm I wish I can show pictures of the smell and the worker that lied to me for this ray guy! I wouldn't go there again if I was on the street which I am already.
