We stayed here for the Renaissance fair and would stay again when we come back for it. It was in a convenient spot from the interstate and the fair. The food in the surrounding area was decent too.

As soon as I got in my hotel room where the door didn’t lock or the keypad even work my bed had cigarette holes in the sheets the ac didn’t work appropriately and there were water leaks in the lobby. After leaving with 20 mins I didn’t receive any type of refund. The worst situation ever.

Not worth the money.

I do not know why this hotel has a rating of very good. I used this rating to determine if I would stay at this hotel and in was inaccurate. The hotel was not clean, there were stains all over the carpet, walls were damaged and not repaired. Some walls had been spackled but not painted. The fobs for rooms or exterior doors did not work. The exterior door fob sensors were hanging off the wall. The elevator was broken. Stairwells were smelly and had items stored in them (power washer with hose). Furniture was dated and dirty. I could have stayed somewhere else for a better price.

Elevator Not Operable

The room accommodations were nice. The elevator went on day 2 and was not repaired, requiring all guests to use the stairs. This was a challenge for my spouse, who is legally blind.

Just a couple of minor repairs need to be done in the room. The toilet seat had a missing seat fastener, and a bolt cover was missing on the toilet at the floor level. The clock radio, and the TV did not work. The room's location was little noisy but not bad, parking was somewhat challenging at times. Otherwise this room was very clean and very nicely decorated. and the bed was very comfortable. The dinning room was very clean, and setup with a very good selection of breakfast foods to choose from.

The bed I slept in was infested with bugs that started biting me as soon as I tried to go to sleep. I literally scratched all night long and woke up the next morning with red bumps on my legs, arms and stomach. The elevator was out of order when I arrived for check in I had to take the stairs to my room. Never again, stay away from this place!!!!

The elevator was broke had to climb three sets of stairs everyday . The breakfast was cold and limited selection. The pictures of the hotel had a pool but front desk told us no after we checked in . The room had trash by the bed and hair under my pillow . My son kept getting bit

As soon as we left this hotel we could not even remember how our stay was. I guess it is considered good then. The only thing we remember that there was no coffe in the lobby or in the kitchen for breackfast.

Our George stay.

The stay was fine. It's just we had to keep plunging the toilets it kept getting stopped up. Also, the sink stopped up too. The air was out in the hotel when you came in.
