I had a very comfortable stay and will inform my friends to use this hotel whilst travelling through Germany. My big gripe is the cost of 25 Euros for breakfast. I recommend that they use the airport facilities.

Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin
Room was clean, recommend 2 keys so one can be used for the power at the entrance. Staff were very friendly. Spa does not open until 2pm, it would have been nice to use it in the morning.

Had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Renovations were going on. They lasted for 9-5. Which I didn’t know about until I got to my room.

Terrible service and terrible stay. Checked in on a Friday and my A/C didn’t work. Room felt like 80 degrees all night. Called the desk and they told me they couldn’t get another for another day and they don’t have fans. Saturday I’m begging for someone to look at the A/C. After the 10th attempt ...
