"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around for variation, which is of course the spice of life. "

"Fantastic stay. Great restaurant. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options. Very popular place to have a drink. The owner is hands on and sponsors a variety of public events like blass band and other performers outside the hotel square. 2nd floor has a massive balcony patio, library, reading room, etc. There’s also the ability to rent an ev car or bike right from hotel. All guests I talked to enjoyed their stay and other locals in town have called it a hot spot for hanging out. One thing that is NOT unique to Austria at all is lack of AC. That is just how just about every hotel is going to be so it requires some planning on opening windows and such. I had a single room and it was great for a solo traveler including a comfortable chair and desk to work at. Plenty of room. Great bed. "
