There is no AC that actually works so the room was extremely hot and the fan was coated with dust and I had to wipe it myself. If the expectations of a 3-star hotel is the following experience than..yes this is a 3-star hotel. The location is convenient, it has walkable distance to the train station and right at the heart of old town."
