Room okay. No elevator and no help from them with luggage to carry up 2 flights of stairs especially if disabled person.Outside door to room looked like it was broken into and then repaired poorly. Door lock did not work and did not close tight. Bathroom door stuck every time it closed and was very loud on opening. Only lotion and shampoo...No conditioner for hair available. Had hair on floor in bathroom and when picked up with tissue, it turned yellow. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean

The room is clean but the property itself is not maintained. The exterior is old and has cobwebs, spiders and mosquitoes.

Absolutely loved this hotel , it’s a very cute hotel . Check in and check out are very easy . We stayed for 4 days and plan on staying again for another week for a work trip . The only downside was when we entered the room and got settled in we noticed that there was a pile of hair under the bed we quickly just vacuumed it up . We went to work and when we got home we went to hope in the shower and we noticed hair all over the shower wall and pubic hair all over the tub . The water was not draining properly and after we rinsed and cleaned the shower down we got a shower and noticed the floor was soaked . My husband looked and noticed there was no caulking at the bottom

Staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The coffee was cold in the early evening and I told the girl at the desk. She said she didn’t have anymore coffee and didn’t reply to the cups being out. When we checked out early in the morning, the cups were still out and the guy at the desk said he wouldn’t be making any coffee until 6:00 am or so. That works wonderful for people who need to get on the road. No coffee in the rooms or available in the lobby.
