Location is key

The location of this property is very good. To have beach front access right outside your door is excellent. The check in process was easy which is always very much appreciated. This is an older place. It needs lots of cosmetic updates. The paint is chipped in several places on the door frames and just looks

Amazing stay!

Great location with a beautiful ocean view! Could not have asked for a better place to stay for the price. Right in the heart a Seagrove. Close to entertainment and food. We have never stayed in this area Just be aware the area has a lot of people who ride bikes and golf carts. Take time to ride through the town and see all of the beautiful houses and scenery. We had a great time!!

Enjoy Every Minute

Every is great except we needed more trash bags. If that improvement is all deal with it. This place was so relaxing..... nothing fancy which set the beachfront vibe of no strss! Dollar for dollar this was worth it!

Seagrove Babes

Great location and access to the private beach. Condo was clean and quiet and pretty well stocked. Loved the new flooring. Things to consider to receive a 5 star rating; Internet and cell service sporadic and slow. Needs larger washer and dryer. The dryer didn’t work (took 2 hours to dry light lingerie). We couldn’t wash any other items like towels, shorts or T-shirts. The washer and dryer unit shown in pictures was not the one provided. One kitchen towel not sufficient. Provide hangers in closet.

Location! Location! Location!

We really loved being right on the beach! The condo is in such a prime location! However, a few updates would go a long way! The couch is very stained and ripped. We covered it with a blanket before sitting on it. The dryer never did dry our clothes. The freezer has an ice maker, but I’m guessing not a water hook up. The furniture on the balcony was really rusty and needs to be thrown out. Hoping the owner makes a few updates because this location is amazing !! No elevator to mess with and just a few steps to the beach.

Excellent location and beautiful view

Loved being in this more isolated area of Seagrove, still so close to dining. Our balcony view was awesome and the spacious condo was clean and offered all of the amenities we needed. Very quiet area. We will definitely stay here again.

Ants in my food in less than 3 hours

We stayed there several years back. The property was very dated. The place was infested with ants and we had to keep our food in the refrigerator. No discounts for this. Sad. I will never stay there again. Bad experience!!!

Good quick getaway

Stayed for a quick 3 night getaway and it fit the bill. For some reason, I never received the checkin/out emails that were sent, but the person I spoke with at Vacasa was very helpful and texted what I needed. the bedroom and bathrooms could use an update - tired carped and furnishings. The only real negative to the property is not having an elevator when loading in and out. Perfect beach location.

Perfect location

I searched and searched for a condo directly on the beach that was not in a huge complex. This was perfect. 3 stories tall, steps from the beach and a balcony with a great view! Loved having 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. The place was very clean, except the bedroom carpet should be replaced. It does not come with beach chairs and umbrella. We brought our own. Be prepared to be ‘off the grid’, the WiFi and cellular service was very sporadic. We have Verizon so that may have been part of the problem. The beach is private and has beautiful fine, white sand. This was the perfect place to relax!

Good Beach Trip

The condo was great. Updates appliances. Smart TV with multiple streaming apps. Reported a dirty and old bed spread in main bedroom. No elevator so would choose first floor if staying here again. Was also surprised at black lake water running along beach after heavy rains .but beautiful white sand beach just steps away from the condo.

In Need of Repair and Upgrades

Ants in the kitchen, slats under bed coming off in the middle of the night causing the bed to drop, old and worn out carpet in the bedroom, subfloor in hallway has dropped, flooring in hallway is loose and cracked, bathtub backs up and barely drains, furnished with shabby furniture, the dryer is obviously a temporary replacement for the real thing—very small and takes forever to dry clothes and vents directly into the unit.

Multiple issues

Where do I start? There was no Internet Service. We call the property manager who sends someone out. They call the internet provider who tells them that the owner has voluntarily had it disconnected 3 days before we arrived! He tries to get us hooked up with the neighbors internet, but ultimately that didn’t work either. We had to spend 4 days with no internet which meant my husband couldn’t do work he had brought and we couldn’t search for restaurants or nearby activities because the cell service there is almost non existent. The ice maker did not work so we had no ice. We arrive to a chirping smoke detector the first night, so we have to go back out at 9 at night for a battery. The shower curtain has mold stains on it. All of the decor need a serious update. The bedspread was old, dingy and pilling. I definitely would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. The only positive thing about this place is the proximity to the beach.

Great location, Mediocre condo

Great location and layout for this condo. When we walked in it immediately had a musty odor. The carpeting and bedspread/decorative pillows in the bedroom did not seem to be clean. The rest of the condo was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. Please please please remove the carpeting and remove/minimize the amount of decorative 90’s pillows. We loved the 6 high top chairs on the deck and spent most of our time outside. This could be an outstanding place with no carpet, new mattress and fresh minimal linens

Ideal for Weekend Getaway

The check-in process wasn't clear so I did have to call the Wyndham support line to see where we were supposed to go to check in. I quickly received an answer. After checking in and arriving at the property, there was another car in our assigned spot, so in trying to not get our own car towed, I called into Wyndham yet again. After 20 minutes and being transferred 4 times I was told I ended up in the Alabama reservations department and she couldn't help me. We ended up just going inside and eventually the car left and we got our spot back. We were pleasantly surprised how CLOSE this is to the beach. There's basically no boardwalk, it's the showers/rinsing area then boom you're walking down the steps and your feet are in the sand. So nice! We had ants in the kitchen, so once again I had to call the dreaded Wyndham support line. After another lengthy call and several times on hold, I was told a maintenance person would be by soon to spray. We went ahead to the beach, left a note for him/her, and when we returned it had been taken care of and they had already come and gone. We have Verizon wireless phones and had ZERO service at this location. My phone was literally roaming and would say No Service, which I had never even seen before. The wireless internet also had no connectivity even though I was technically logged onto it with the provided password. We weren't planning to have a technology free weekend but that's what we got. After saying all of this, this was really one of our most memorable trips for me and my husband. Besides the lack of internet/wireless service I would highly recommend this condo. It's so close to Seaside and all the good spots on 30A. The Wyndham app is wonderful and had everything we needed for our stay including the door code, beach access code, address, etc. I actually did eventually find the check-in process and location in the app so it was there all along.

Great location and condo

We were pleasantly surprised by this condo. It was clean and the perfect fit for our family. The location was great too if lying on the beach is what you want to do on your vacation.
