as advertised, the property was beautiful and right on the beach. It was well maintained and was a very quiet complex. The storage unit nee4ds to be cleaned out and the umbrellas were both broke but overall an excellent property

Sanibel at its finest

The location of the property was amazing! Short walk to an amazing beach with great shelling. The condo had plenty of room. We loved sitting on screen porch looking at ocean & hearing the waves/ We loved the kitchen, the screen porch, & master suite& bath. The check in & out procedure was GREAT!!!! We really liked having a code to enter because keeping up with keys can be a hassle. The pool was great after a long day on the beach. The second bedroom was small but perfect for our 2 teenage girls. The comforter on master bed may need to be replaced. In addition, the beach items were not what we expected because they were broken. We bought an umbrella & chairs for the beach and left in closet. Overall, great place & we will definitely be back.

The condo is lovely, as advertised. Very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The location is outstanding and the view from the balcony is first rate. Two little things….the light cover on ceiling light in hallway by the door is missing and we could not get the knob to work in guest shower to turn water from faucet to shower. Neither of these issues were a big g deal, but should be fixed.

Perfect getaway

Loved our stay with my 80 year old parents. Elevator was very helpful. Loved the porch and nice walkways to beach! So quiet! Well maintained property and our condo was decorated so nice!

Sanibel Vacation

Overall the condo was nicely decorated and as described with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The amenities are very nice, including the lovely pool, storage room and ample parking. The only issue we had was the lack of wash clothes (3 total) in the unit and the condition of the linens. Many of the towels were quite old, had holes / rips and just need to be replaced. The unit was very clean and we really enjoyed our week there before the end of summer.

Sanddollar unit A201

We really enjoyed our visit. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities promised . The view from the screened in lenai was beautiful. We will definitely be visiting again. Sanibel is a beautiful laid back Island and the people who work on the Island are very friendly and accommodating. If a relaxing vacation with your family is what your looking for this is it.

A Perfect Pandemic Get Away to Sanibel Island, FL.

We have stayed many times over the years in Sanibel and often at the Sand Dollar Condos. They are our favorite because of the small number of units, the views and the quiet private beach access and beach front location with a great view from the screened lanai. Screened it the key word. A201 has a great master bedroom and bath. King size bed Very Comfortable. That is so important. We cooked some and found everything we needed. I like ambience and brought battery candles for the lanai and we dined there for Breakfast and Dinner every evening. We were so close to Island Cow and several restaurant the take out food was still hot and I used the dishes and pretty trays, etc. to replace our food and it was quite frankly better than going out and trying to eat outside. We wish the lanai had a ceiling fan and one in the bedroom. C-301 has both. We came prepared and brought our own standing fan for the lanai. It was much needed as was the one we had for the bedroom. Lovely unit. The walk-in shower in the master was perfect for me since I have some slight issues. We felt like we were home. A perfectly lovely time with many memorable morning sunrises either from the lanai or from our 3 mile pre-sunrise walks. Thank you for sharing your unit with US. Connie & Mike Stanley

Sanibel 2019

We initially reserved a different unit. Was then informed that the originally booked unit was going to be under construction for repairs. Was offered this unit7B which was a little smaller than the original booking. This made for a little tighter accomadation with our family, but we made it work. Overall the complex is a gorgeous location. Would definitely come back.
