The home comes equipped with a Sonos system, a wireless home sound system, great for streaming all your favorite music apps. The living room TV is hooked up to the local cable company, the master bedroom TV has Roku, and the guest rooms are equipped with an Apple TV for all your streaming pleasures. The home offers a spacious floor plan, cathedral ceilings, large enclosed lanai, eat-in kitchen, a pool table, tons of natural light & so much more! The master bedroom offers King bed and direct access to the lanai, a sitting area, walk-in closets, garden tub, separate shower and his & her sinks. The 3 guest bedrooms allow for sleeping up to 8 people max in the home with 2 Queen beds & 2 Twin beds. NO Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
