Las Cascadas is a small but nice hotel. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The rooms were comfortable with a decent-sized bed. The only issue was the air conditioning—it worked, but at times it felt inconsistent, cooling well some moments and less at others.

Very nice facility however hotel was at capacity and this taxed their performance. Stayed 4 nights show never got hot, lost internet for over day and night of third night. Breakfast good but crowded dining area also taxed food service however with patience was manageable. Probably will go elsewhere next time. very good staff

I truly enjoyed my stay here the atmosphere was very pleasant and everyone was very helpful. I personally like the fact they have an indoor garage just a few spaces so get there early. The restaurant inside wasn’t that great but there are many other places to eat near by .

The front desk was easy to communicate with before the trip and helped us arrange for a private vehicle to the airport. Breakfast was simple and hot. You can hear people speaking and walking in the hallways though since there's no carpeting to absorb the noise - this wasn't an issue at night when it was time to sleep.
