The Space:
Welcome to Blü Zen, our modern ground-floor apartment just minutes from El Yunque Rainforest and beautiful beaches. Tucked away in the quiet Mameyes area of Rio Grande, it’s perfectly placed between Luquillo and San Juan, only a 25-35 minute drive to both. Whether you're up for hiking, zip lining, or hitting the coast for fishing, boating, and snorkeling, there’s plenty of adventure nearby. The neighborhood also has a few local spots for dining, a café, and a convenient grocery store. It’s the ideal getaway for couples and solo travelers with lots to see and do!

Our beautifully decorated condo was thoughtfully designed with all the essentials to make it feel like your home away from home. The space is bright and open, with a cozy sitting area where you can sink into a comfy sofa and enjoy some downtime watching movies on the Smart TV. If you're more of an outdoor person, there's an enclosed patio with seating—perfect for relaxing in the fresh air.

We know convenience is key when traveling, so the newly renovated kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials for cooking at home, lots of space for meal prep and groceries, plus a coffee maker to jump-start your day of exploring. Next to the kitchen is the dining room, featuring a beautiful high-top table, perfect for dining in or hanging out.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed with quality linens and plush pillows, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning to help ensure a peaceful night’s rest. The bathroom features a stand-alone shower, single-basin sink area, fluffy towels and a starter kit of bath essentials. You'll also have a grand walk-in closet to easily accommodate your belongings and store your luggage.

In case you need to get some work done, there’s free WiFi and a handy desk and chair. We’ve also provided some books and reading material, along with beach accessories for your days spent lounging at the beach.

The Neighborhood:
Blü Zen is nestled in the rural area of Mameyes, Rio Grande, conveniently located between Luquillo and San Juan, just a 25-35 minute drive to either. It’s close to El Yunque National Forest, a zip line park, and some of the island’s most famous beaches. The neighborhood also has a few restaurants, a café, and a grocery store for your convenience.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), approximately 22 miles (35 kilometers) away. We strongly recommend renting a vehicle for your stay—reach out to us for special perks and discounts! There is free street parking at the property.

Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside or outside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Fines can reach up to $1,000 per violation. Please respect the neighbors.
- Lost keys are a replacement fee of $300.
- Additional charges will be incurred for lost or damaged towels (due to makeup or other stains) and damaged or missing bed sheets.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.

*Due to the recent atmospheric events that our island has suffered, power, water and internet outages may occur unexpectedly from time to time. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our hands, and we’re not held responsible for the inconveniences this may cause during your stay. This property does NOT have a power generator or cistern, the building has a generator that will keep elevators running and water services if it's deemed safe by their protocol.
