The entire neighborhood is intricately maintained with blooming gardens, swaying palms and picture-worthy moments of bright reds, purples, whites, and blues against the lush green grass, bleached white sand, and incredibly turquoise blue water. Casa Del Mar is truly a spectacle to behold.

Inside this newly renovated and styled unit there are beautiful floors, artwork and furniture which add both comfort and sophistication. The primary bedroom has direct views to the Sea of Cortez, and you can be awakened each morning by beautiful blazes of orange, pink, and red as the sun sneaks over the horizon. Enjoy whale watching during the migration from your private terrace, or enjoy reading a book while listening to the waves crashing in.

The entire community enjoys resort-style amenities abound from pools to spa, sauna and a swim-up cabana bar, allowing guests to feel spoiled and pampered every day.

Great location, unobstructed view of beach and surf. Disappointing guidance from host agency. No show to meet at unit. Door code was sent via phone which worked for me in this case, but a walkthrough would have been helpful. The interior is stylish but needs some TLC. Only one skillet was useful, others need to be replaced. No mention of steep spiral stairs to main bedroom which could be a hazard if kids are staying or other guest has mobility limitations. The sliding rounded glass enclosure in the upper bathroom toilet was interesting but not user friendly as it didn’t open wide enough to allow easy passage. There was another unknown feature which made up for the surprises. Off the main bedroom upstairs is a private lanai with comfortable deck furniture. It has an expanded view of the beautiful beach and surf. Overall, a good stay in a nice but overpriced place.
