This establishment is the same price as other very nice hotels. However; the pool is 4x4 feet. Small bathroom. Very sketchy activity in other rooms

I was very happy with the location of the hotel close to everything. The hotel and room was very clean. I will come back to this hotel. The staff was helpful and nice.

They charged an extra service fee over the amount Travelocity charged and the pool wasn’t open because it needed cleaning. I love the location to everything and the room has everything including iron.

The pictures online look nothing like the property. It is as if it changed ownership and the new owner doesnt keep up with anything. Most of the staff is rude and dont seem to want to help you with the exception of Pete. Pete was really the only good thing about this place. The rooms are dirty, the carpet is disgusting, and everything could use at least a bit of paint to improve something. Our daughter was swimming in the pool and the pool light popped out of the hole. She couldve been electrocuted. It still wasnt fixed or anything when we left the property. When checking out we went to the front desk and they just told us we were good to go and then ended up charging our card another 45 dollars without authorization and for who knows what the next day. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend the extra 40 bucks to stay at a different hotel.

Staff was great. I just wish the bathroom was cleaner. The vent had black mold/buildup and the tub was gross. If the bathroom had been clean I would have had a perfect stay. Please renovate the bathrooms. Also, the size of the pool is misrepresented in the picture. It is much smaller than it looks.

The front desk guy was super nice and gave me a free upgraded room (king bed with a jacuzzi tub). Love the free parking and the large room but the room smelled, I didn’t care for the wall unit for air and heat (smelled a little and was noisy), there was a fly in my bathroom that I couldn’t get out, and the walls are pretty thin.

Very disappointing. I booked a "jacuzzi suite" for my husband and I to get away for a romantic outing and when we arrived it was not like the pictures displayed online. Definitely not worth what you pay to stay here. The pictures online of the jacuzzi suite are NOT what you will see when you arrive. We were very disappointed. False advertisement at it's best. There was also a roach in the bathroom. Check in was fast, the bed was comfortable and we didn't have to deal with any staff but we will definitely never go back.
