Overall, our stay was good. The staff are very pleasant and attentive. It comes with breakfast included which is an added plus and it has quite the variety. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were extremely clean. The only thing is that the room is quite outdated and some of the furniture was broken, but still fulfilled its purpose. When we were there (it was for 2 nights) the elevator was not working. We didn't mind doing the stairs, but I did see a couple with their adult disabled son and they were caring him down the stairs. I did feel bad for them because it would have been very helpful to fix the elevator ASAP.

Good but a few areas that could be improved

Bed was very comfortable and we had a good sized room. Lift was not working so we had to take the stairs with our luggage. Breakfast was not as good as a Great Western we had stayed at the previous night so a little disappointing. Staff were friendly but slow on checking in. Don’t be put off by it’s location to a freeway - you don’t hear the traffic.
