Staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The facility itself is tired. The entry door keypads from the outside did not work. The room was clean, and spacious, and the bed was great. For my purposes, the hotel was adequate, but I would not want to bring my wife her for a special occasion. Once again, the staff, from the front desk to the cleaning people were great!

Everything was great clean and everyone was helpful. The only we had lock up some money in the glove box and when we left it want there. We shouldn’t done that but we felt that it was lock and no one should of went there. We had a great stay and everything was excellent.

Heater didn’t work properly, vents were closed and couldnt be opened, ice maker didn’t work, kitchen faucet dripped, cold water on bathroom faucet didn’t work. Breakfast was cold. Valet staff was RUDE and 2 times I requested my car in advance, once giving 3 hours noticed but my car was not ready when I went to garage, 2nd time I gave 13 hours notice and when I got to garage my keys were stil in drawer while manager and staff was siting in office. Location isn’t all that wonderful on the river. When I go back I will not stay at this hotel.
