the staff was very gracious, personable, hospitable and extended a genuine attitude to offer assistance when asked. The housekeeping staff did a tremendous job in maintaining the facility. My stay was very enjoyable. And we were impressed with the City of San Antonio.

Our stay was just great! All staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was convenient and most everything we wanted to do was within 3 blocks. Only issue was the price of parking, but then, we were downtown.
