It was “ok”
Condo was ok. Customer service from Vacasa was terrible. Cable didn’t work in any room ALL week long…..kitchen needs some dishes and things replaced…..drain in master bath backed up….floors hadn’t been mopped in a while and got your feet dirty.they advertised all linens were provided and didn’t have enough pillow cases for the bed pillows….they never brought us any?!?! Never could get a person on the phone….texted Vacasa all week. Finally got a response at end of week and seemed the local office was understaffed…..they NeVER took care of any of the problems and was told they would give some sort of refund and they were sorry they didn’t get things resolved. Still haven’t received a refund (have text to prove they said they owed us a refund though.) out of all the homes/condos I’ve rented over the years at obx and Atlantic beach I have never seen a company like this not care and handle things in a proper way.
