NO AC IN 100 DEGREE WEATHER

100 degrees and no AC. bed was lumpy..room was sweltering hot. no desk or workspace. Worst of all...they knew. when i checked out the person at the desk told me these issues had been reported earlier in the week. This was my second bad experience with La Quinta this week, so i wont be booking with them again anytime soon.

I didn't have the breakfast bar due to an early flight. However, I was disappointed with the mini-store in the Lobby. Selections were pretty weak for an in-room meal. Bed comfort was excellent.

The beds were comfy. The room was clean but lacked a bathroom fan, so the mirror stayed fogged until we got back from breakfast. Plus the shower temperature fluctuated too hot and then too cold several times without changing the handle position..

I called to make adjustments to my Reservation and the night manager told me that they had no more 1 bedroom/ 2 beds, which in fact they had several rooms available. I had family coming in from out of town for a funeral and had to struggle to try to find another hotel.....luckily I went on Expedia to find a hotel. I FOUND the exact room and bed that i had booked and was told tbey were all booked up at the exact hotel. I called back to the hotel to which the day manager told me the exact same thing, that they had several 1rm2bds available and it infuriated me, as to why she would lie to me about the reserrvation. I did book the room with LaQuinta but that experience leads me to not want to book with them again.
