The blinds in the room were broken so I was not able to close them and anyone could see into the room. The neighbor kept screaming and smelled like weed very badly. When I went outside for a walk, a homeless person was asking for money and it smelled bad from the dog park that was next door where people didn’t pick up after their animals.

The metal framing under the bed made noise every time you moved, there were people loitering in the halls, no elevator, no garbages in convenient areas outside the hotel so there was garbage along the parking curbs. Will not stay again.

Room had sticky substance on the bedside table and floor. Common areas, elevator and back entry were not well kept. Although lobby area looks new and rooms have been updated it’s an old funky building. Online photos are deceiving as they present a newer looking hotel. Not worthy of $250 a night. Wishing had spent the extra $40 to stay in a nicer, newer, cleaner downtown hotel.
