Thank you for giving us feedback about your recent stay with us. I am sorry that my team was not wearing a mask when they interacted with you, I will review the policy with them to ensure this is an isolated incident. Unfortunately, due to construction our fire alarms did go off. We have, however, gotten the situation resolved so this should not be an issue moving forward. We are currently working on completing a renovation but will hopefully have everything finished in the next few months. Thank you again for staying with us.

What I did not like was the lobby was dated. Need to be brighter. Also, guess this is more of guests complaint - they let their dogs pee on the walls. Lots of trees on property.

The hotel was ok. We were not told when we booked that the hotel was being renovated and the pool was closed. There was no offer of a refund or discount. I was quite disappointed. When we went to breakfast the staff had messed up the lock on the juice machine and spent all morning trying to fix it. It was still possible for juice to come out of the machine but they wouldn’t allow anyone to use it while they tried to hunt someone down who could possibly fix the machine. The entire breakfast staff was disrespectful. Overall our experience was very disappointing. We were needing to go back to the area two weeks later and had planned to stay in the same hotel, as we have in the past. But after this experience we won’t be staying there again.
