Small independent house completely renovated, two rooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and wc. Terrace and small private garden with outdoor table and sun beds, parking for one car. Very calm environment, near the beaches of Saint-Marc, Pornichet, La Baule. Shopping center (Océanis) at 2 km. Bus stop at 300M. The accommodation is located on a country road where we are neighbors with two organic farms which sell various fresh products. Lidl store just over 1 km away. Jaunais beach at 1400m.

Our recent stay

Considering the property has been renovated, it appeared scruffy in places. The shower was dirty round the edges and had poor floor tiles. The picture of the garden needs updating as no sun shade was offered as the picture shows and plants overgrown.

Location très agréable et fonctionnelle, commerce de proximité vraiment proche. Ballade à pieds au bord de la mer très proche. Le propriétaire très sympathique et il nous a bien informé concernant les visites et ballade a faire.

Très bon séjour. Belle maison, bien équipée, avec des propriétaires très accueillants. Un seul petit bémol le fait de ne pouvoir se promener à pied de la propriété du fait de l'absence de trottoir sur la route menant au bord de mer.

Jammer van het slechte weer, maar vrij goede locatie. Tuintje wat minder goed gelegen achter het huisje, minder privacy, aan de oprit en tuin van de eigenaar. Keuken heel compact: 2 kookplaten, geen oven. Foto's tonen de ware realiteit niet helemaal. prijs- kwaliteit oke. Vriendelijke eigenaar.
