Able to accommodate up to 8 people, it has two double bedrooms (160 beds), a double bedroom (140 bed) in the mezzanine located above the dining room and then a cosy double bedroom (140 bed) accessible by a small staircase. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter and capsule coffee maker (DOLCE GUSTO), toaster, kettle, citrus press. The dining room - lounge overlooks the garden with no overlooking neighbours and is enclosed. A TV lounge - Wi-Fi, a bathroom and an independent WC complete the rental. For maximum comfort, the rental has three private parking spaces, a washing machine and an independent freezer.

A deposit of €800, in the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card, will be requested at the time of your final payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your stay, provided there is no damage.
