"I can deal with the outdated decor and lack of amenities. I am not ok with the fact that the water completely stopped running while I was mid-shower, and that the manager had no good explanation or apology. I will not stay here again, and I suggest that you don’t either."

"I’ve stayed here before and I’m glad I returned. The staff is friendly. I ate dinner at the bar after a long day. The filet was cooked as requested and the asparagus was fresh. I made use of the pool the following morning. My stay was perfect."

"We booked room through Hotels and when we arrived the front desk didnt have out name or reservation, she was not very helpful, just asked if we booked through a third party(which we did). So it was not a very nice experience as you could imagine. Tried to reach hotels but she said there wifi was in and out so i had to go outside(it was not very warm) and i had to go in and out of front door many times, it did not make me feel great and not a good look for a resort. I think she could have done a better job explaining things but was very rude and not sympathetic, I was able to reach someone after a very long chat messaging timeframe and they booked us a hotel down the road. I will never go to the Equinox and will not give them good reviews."
