We stopped here for a night of sleep on our road trip from Oregon to redwoods national forest etc. For the price this hotel was honestly wonderful, beds are very comfortable, front door lady was awesome and friendly and very helpful, the room has a blackout curtains which is a huge plus, we got a very good night of sleep here. However I have to mention that we were kind of shocked by the crowd around the hotel (near downtown Roseburg) so many drug addicts, homeless etc. it was just so sad and horrible to see at the same time. This town seriously needs a change because it was just very sad to see. But hotel was great. If you need a place to just sleep because you’re tired of driving and ready to rest-that’s perfect

Weekend road trip

The check-in staff is so great here! Beds are always comfortable & clean, and I like the grassy sitting area by the river. Cleanliness in the rest of the room seems to be hit or miss (squished bugs on a wall, debris in the upholstered chair, dust all over the side-table, etc.) and during my last stay the stopper in the bathtub was completely malfunctioning. They tried to fix it but to no avail. No real dealbreakers though; I'm here about 6 times a year for work and, again, the customer service is 100% here!

Customer service is excellent, and the rooms are clean. There are coffee shops, a gas station, and restaurants within walking distance, which makes it a noisy and somewhat unusual location. I would return and stay here again; it is an above-average motel.
