The apartment was beautiful and perfect for our larger group. Catherine and the team at Romac were very nice and made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location is ideal and the apartment has a lot of elegant charm. We would certainly stay here again.

The apartment is a gem. It is ideally located minutes from the Spanish Steps with many excellent restaurants and a supermarket within a short walk. We were four friends traveling together and each of us appreciated the apartment's authenticity and charm - it is a grand old apartment. Checking in was easy and the host was extremely responsive and friendly.

The climate of the room was perfect. If we got hot, we just opened the windows. Really great ventilation. Great location to shops, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There is also a wonderful restaurant nearby for breakfast and dinner and a grocery store a couple blocks away. To my surprise, there was a hair dryer in each bathroom as well as body wash and shampoo. I highly recommend this unit.

Great location

Nathalie made check in very easy. The only issue we had was the driver wasn't in the right location, but she helped us sort it out. The place was in a wonderful location, the wifi, and the ac were all perfect. The 4th floor with tiny elevators were difficult my 70 year mom, but we managed. The small cons were only 1 bathroom had an outlet where a hair dryer worked, the trash/recycling were very small bins, and the key wasn't always the easiest to use (especially since there were 2, but unlabeled for inside or outside door). Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Yes, it really is that fabulous. Don't hesitate to book this luxurious and historic flat in one of the finest shopping areas in Rome! Our family of five with three young adult kids enjoyed every minute of our stay. Incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, bathrooms for everyone with toiletries... but that's not the best part. Throw open your windows and let the sounds of the street inside. Live music from nearby cafes and the gentle hustle and bustle of this elegant neighborhood make you feel a part of the story. It was easy to gaze at the rooftops bathed in golden sunshine and imagine life in that very place a hundred years ago... we will be back! Thank you to Catherine and her team!

The location is absolutely perfect. We love the neighborhood. The accommodations were excellent. This was a trip for our kids ranging in age from 11years old to 29 years old. You can walk to most everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Location is absolutely ideal

This apartment was in a truly perfect location - I simply could not have found a better spot for our vacation in Rome. We walked to everything - the pantheon (10”?), the Vatican (40”), the colosseum (25”), shops (right there), great restaurants outside the door, the Spanish steps (5”), etc. Perfect. Honestly.The apartment itself was nice - 3 spacious bedrooms with large (queen?) beds that were comfortable and decent sheets, pillows, etc. One bedroom was smallish with a twin and a loft - full size but very difficult to get into as an adult. The small bedroom and the white bedroom had a great location overlooking a small private courtyard- so very quiet for people (like me!) who have a hard time sleeping in the city. There were shutters on all of the windows which mostly blocked out the light, also. The elevator is small but functional and very helpful.A few things would be nice - the sofas have no real backs and so we had to be creative with the pillows. Sofas with backs would be nice. There are no instruction manuals. A manual in English detailing the recycling system, translating the heat, and trouble shooting the washer and dryer would be great (we had to google how to open the washer). The refrigerator door is on backwards. But these are small considerations considering the amazing location, nice size, comfortable beds, easy communication with Romac, etc. We would love to stay here again if we revisited Rome, it was fantastic.Thank you for a great vacation!

They noticed an issue with previous booking and moved our reservation to an amazing upgrade. The apts were amazing and the location was great. We could walk just about everywhere , from dining, to shopping, to sight seeing. Catherine met us upon arrival and provided lots of good information.
