It was a good location, everything was reachable by walk. Apartment was nice but only problem was it is located on the 3rd flood and for the guest of merulana it’s strictly prohibited to use. Water was warm during the day if you will take show but by the evening it was okay. Rest i would say it’s value for money. We really enjoyed our trip. We highly recommend if someone is travelling with their family or friends. It’s good for 4 person.

Pros: Conveniently located to many restaurants, attractions, and train station. His made it very easy for each couple to come and go. Cons:Futon bed in one of the bedrooms, 1 body towel and hand towel per person. No washcloths or kitchen towels. Overall: it worked for what we needed, however if you are going for comfort and amenities this is not the place for you.

Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 jours (2 nuits) sans eau chaude... avec deux enfants. Ils nous ont proposé de nous reloger le 2ème jour alors que nous étions en excursion mais nous n'avions pas de temps à perdre (revenir à l'appartement, faire les bagages, changer de logement...). Forcément sans chaudière, le chauffage ne marchait pas. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans le logement il faisait froid. C'est dommage d'arriver en plein hiver dans un logement qui n'est pas chauffé, sans pouvoir se doucher pendant 3 jours ni se laver les mains à l'eau chaude. Nous sommes très déçus de cette expérience.
