I got bedbugs when I was there the staff treated me rudely when I reported it. I went to the health department who went and inspected the the room I stayed in. They it was the worst infection of bedbugs they had ever seen in one room. It has been a horrible experience and I plan suing the days innn.

Not what I expected

The room was horrible. The mattresses and box spring were stained and filthy, covers were nasty and covered in hair. The tv didn’t work. The heat didn’t work good.

The facility was disgusting. It was impossible to breathe due to the horrendous stench of weed and cigarette smoke. In my non-smoking room, I may as well have been smoking the cigarettes myself. The linens were stained and had holes in them. The outside had not been treated for the ice storm that had come through making the stairs icy and unsafe. The hotel staff were very gracious and understanding and issued a refund and apologized for the conditions
