Rooms in very poor condition..especially the bathroom. The first room we were in the toilet was not flushing. Moved to another room... bathroom wall peeling and the tub floor blackened with dirt.......rooms need updated and motel should be remodeled...

All I can say is you get what you pay for, very dirty, unfriendly staff and horrible room condition. My feet were black when I stepped into the shower from the floors. The pillows were also really small and bad!

Dear James, we are very sorry for the inconvenience you've had. However, at our property, we strictly follow a daily housekeeping routine where all rooms are cleaned, inspected, and supervised before being made available for booking. The same goes for all common areas. Each day our system is simultaneously updated to reflect which rooms are ready for occupancy, currently occupied, or needs cleaning. This is being confirmed by our front desk manager as well. We do not leave anything to chance especially at this time of a health crisis. Both the safety of our guests and staff is of utmost significance.

Run down, grumpy check in person, tables in room had stains, didnt even have coffee in the room, not even enough outlets to run the microwave or to charge a phone. The bottles of shampoo were already opened like they left it from the last person staying. Do not reccomend at all

The room had mold. Toothpicks were in the night stand. The floor was damaged and the paint was missing on the main door

I shouldn't expect too much for what we paid but after driving for about 12 hours we were hoping for a nice greeting and our room ready for us. They did say check in after 3pm but had to wsit another 20 minutes. The young lady who greeted us had closed the night before and had to open. So she didnt have the energy to give a pleasant greeting and explain the hotel rules. This hotel was at least 20 minutes away from the highway so we learned to pay attention to the location.
