Rooms were then switched. New room was ok. The bathroom faucet was extremely loose. Chips and scratches in bathing are. 3-4 times we had to go back downstairs to the front desk because the keys stopped working…hotel is a little tricky to find as it sits behind the shopping center. "

The room was clean but not well kept. There visible rust under the bathroom counter, the sink drain didn’t open, there were big scratches on the floor and a dark grey spot next to the smoke alarm that looked like a burn mark. Breakfast was ok."
