Lobby was under construction and they took the pool away. There were some creepy people hanging around, but it was close to Fred Meyer and right on the main road in/out of town so it was convenient

Decent

Only downfalls were that the shower water barely got hotter than Luke warm, and there wasn’t any extra toilet paper. Overall, everything was clean and comfortable.

This was really a bad experience and service we got from expedia .Even after booking 10+days in advance in Tillamook hotel told us in night around 11:30 pm pst that they were not aware of any booking from third party Expedia. Also hotel given us one bedroom room for our booked 2 bedroom .We 4 need to adjust on one bed whole night. This was a bad experience and whole of stress.

Not good, not awful

This was formerly a mediocre Shilo Inns location and, try as they might, it's hard to wash that stink and vibe away. A fresh coat of paint and vinyl flooring helps, but the smell of decades of smoking rooms and keeping many of the elements of the old outdated rooms (desk, dresser, chairs, etc.) keeps this place from being anywhere but mid. Also, cheap, bright LED lighting everywhere and screaming drunks in the middle of the night outside didn't help the vibe. Better places on the coast (and even in Tillamook) can be had.

Very adequate

I enjoyed the property. HOWEVER, a pool is listed in the description, and there is no pool. I received an email after booking the room informing me that the pool is currently out of service. The restaurant is also out of service. Also, the check-in attendant was rude. She was eating a bagel and looking at the computer when I walked up. She continued and after about 2 minutes, put down the bagel and asked me if she could help me.

Had to switch to different room because the pullout sofa had urine all over it. Room had a strong odor. Beds had hair on them. Floors were dirty. Second room was better just floors were dirty as well and no extra towels or blankets.

Do not stay here, worst experience ever!!

First off I want to start off with how unprofessional the ladies are that work the front desk. Upon arrival they gave us a room that didn’t even exist (309- only goes to 250 or something) found a maintenance guy and asked if he could help us so he took us to room 209 assuming that was what the front desk meant. My daughter and I were in our room and another hotel guest walks into our room, I finished what I was doing so I could go down to the front desk and see what was going on and the lady from the front desk calls me and “asks me who I am and why am I in this persons room” so I go down to the front desk and she tells me I’m in the wrong room and it’s my fault that I was in the wrong room, we ended up keeping the room. Next morning we had to leave early and when we return we are locked out of our room, I go down to ask why I can’t get in our room and she said you need to move your stuff out. I booked two nights paid in full so still have another night. I have to show confirmation for proof because she wanted to argue, once I prove I’ve paid two nights she then wants me to pack our stuff and move to a different room because she has “rented” it to another person. The ladies who were in charge we extremely rude and unprofessional, we had multiple problems- no toilet paper, keys kept not working just over all a very BAD experience.

They are working on updating and having some growing pains. I booked, then had 2 later emails saying no pool/hot tub or breakfast, which might have made a difference in my choice. Overall good but noise from kids upstairs was bothersome.

It was not stated on Expedia that there was renovations being done! Lots of noise. Workers not friendly and such as maid staff not responding to guests. Definitely rooms rushed to renovation and gluing and painting scents not pleasing to guests. The front desk was very kind when I spilled my soda and came and mopped it with a smile.
