The room we had this time was absolutely excellent. I hope that they give us this room again or I can figure out how to book it had a couch, coffee table king size bed, and TV. The only thing we had a problem with was enough plugs to plug in all our electronics.

Our room smelled terribly. While I understand the need for pet rooms, I don’t think they should smell! The carpets were stained and nasty. The service / staff was excellent! I would like to see the community trash cans around the hotel be emptied more often as they were full and overflowing.

My daughter realized she forgot her AirPods Pro in the hotel room when we already left for the airport. I told her that there was no point in calling because in past experiences of seeing Californians stealing things, we expected things like this to be stolen or lost. Daughter still called in and in half an hour they said housekeeping staff Hazel was able to find it. We were very surprised and this enlightened me to once again believe that some young people in America are honest and trustworthy. And front desk staff Quentin was especially helpful🤗 I thought he wasn't going to be able to ship it out until the day after, but he still went directly after work to ship it out before UPS closed. I wanted to give my upmost gratitude and appreciation to the staff at Baymont. Truly remarkable how above and beyond they are willing to go for customers.

I had a very negative customer service experience here on October 3rd. I’m sure Baymont will be fine without my business, but I will not be staying here in the future. We accidentally booked the wrong date and when we called the hotel whoever answered was extremely rude and fixated on making sure we knew it was our fault, refused to help in any way, and was the most argumentative person I e ever encountered. In the end, we simply requested a refund through Expedia and the hotel approved it. I travel frequently enough to know good and bad service and I rarely complain. This person was so rude that I will not be returning and will repeat the story frequently.
