Bathroom waa large but poorly constructed. Shower drained over a small strip of rubber onto the floor and was slippery. Fan was insufficient to clear steam. Shower curtain left gap of 8 inches for water to escape on to floor. Shower head was on the wall pointing to the main floor and not a shower wall.

I am sorry to hear that you had issues with the bathroom. We are currently working on a fix for this so that it doesn’t happen in the future. I want all our guests to have a great stay and obviously this was not the case so I apologize for that. We value your feedback and take all into consideration on where we can improve

DO NOT GET ROOM 123, it’s on the first floor and it backs up to the elevators and across from the house cleaning rooms. Noise from elevator was awful all night and when the ladies came in to prepare to clean the room it was like a gaggle of geese noise level! There were no other rooms available and we did not notice the noise until time to go to bed and at 11:30pm we were too tired to do anything about it. The person at the front desk in the morning was nice and told us what the noise was. It was also supposed to have a king bed, full-queen was more like it. Breakfast was good and everything was well stocked.

Our room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked quite well. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We were very satisfied with our stay at Hampton. We were disappointed that there was no hot breakfast available, although we understand the reasons for that.
