At check in we were told several time “YOUR TYPE” of reservation is not ready yet, which is Travelocity at 5pm😡. Their service card noted “hang this on door if you do not want room serviced” wellllll they don’t service the room if you don’t call front desk and request it serviced. Requested service and still did not happen, response was “I guess house keeping forgot and they are gone for the day”. Definitely will not stay again nor recommend it!

There was trouble with our toliet in the first room, and then our 2nd room was not cleaned from the previous customers. The staff member was trying to be helpful and got us into a clean room. Everything turned out fine.

It was ok, rooms average, felt like you mite fall through the bathtub. The pool was cold and so much chlorine, it was burning our eyes and our noses. Breakfast was horrible, frozen breakfast sandwich. Yuck. Should be scrambled eggs, some type of potatoes, some type of protein meat and definitely toasted bagels. The views we’re pretty nice.

Good, quick place to stay

The hotel was nice and clean! The beds were comfy! I appreciated the plug in spaces for my plug in hybrid. The "bar" was a little bit less desirable than I expected. Their food menu was very subpar. I'd stay again, but I wouldn't be using the bar again.
