Overall it was not a bad stay. The listing said that there was a microwave which proved not to be true so the food I brought with us could not be used. I did receive a refund of 100 due to this because I had to use my emergency credit card to purchase food for my son and myself. However, I did have to ask for a refund as one was not offered when I contacted the host to find out where the microwave was and was told that there wasn’t one. The WiFi worked on Day 1 but did not work on Days 2-3. It wouldn’t even show up in our phones as an available network to connect to. The beds were comfortable and the heat worked great.

Lovely stay. Very clean and nice decor. Great location if you’re involved with anything at the convention center. Parking was easy so we were also able to get around the city quite well.
