"Better instructions for taxi drivers to find location as the location is in rapid construction development. Once you have determined your location and recognition by Uber cabs its relatively easy to get into the city of Riyadh. As a service apartment it’s lacking basics like crockery and cutlery. If anything was lacking they would try sort it asap. The front staff Hussein and Mossad were helpful and friendly. Few local supermarkets and small takeaways shops. The food to order appears to be ‘Hunger Stations’. I would certainly use again on a business trips again and hopefully the district of An Narjis will have changed for the best. "

"Our stay at Modrest was great and so easy and comfortable. And one big reason was the staff!! They were all amazing and so attentive and ever ready to help. We were liaising with Yousef over WhatsApp even before coming and he was so helpful and gave us a lot of assurance regarding all our concerns. And I can safely say that everything he promised, he delivered! And when we arrived, we were well taken care of by the staff too, especially Aziz at the front desk and Mahfouz at the hotel lounge. They were friendly, helpful and were reachable at almost any time of the day. They were always prompt with their help too. Overall, the staff made the hotel stay extremely comfortable.
